The House of Barnada Alba

"A disobedient daughter is no longer a daughter"

Lorca's final masterpiece finished shortly before the outbreak of the Spanish Civil War and his murder, is an elegy to to all the civil conflicts of Europe. A multinational and all-female cast plays out the machinations of a family at war with itself, the 'house' of the title. Folk songs and an original score complete this powerful poetic ode to freedom.

The Comedy of Errors

The shortest of Shakespeare's comedies, this rip-roaring farce has never, ever dated. Still as hilarious as the day it was first performed, The Comedy of Errors continues to provoke laughter and surprise in its audiences in equal measure. 2 sets of separated twins switch lives (and wives) without even realising it...and that's just the beginning.
