Join this 3-hour online group experience - designed to help you understand yourself more deeply, connect with others who “get it,” and learn practical ways to protect and recharge your energy.

It’s not therapy. It’s not about fixing. It’s about exploring who you are, experiencing what it feels like to be fully yourself, and walking away with new tools, fresh energy, and genuine connection.

Hi I'm Rhiannon, I help people break out the box and create lives and careers they love. I work with clients in my 1-1 programmes and in my group spaces that I call The Labs. Each space is designed to explore who you are, what truly matters to you and how you can design a strategy that truly works for you.

Joining me in the HSP Lab, and conducting a grounding yoga nidra session - is Justine, a integrative healer and therapist who helps sensitive souls move beyond pain and limiting patterns into deeper self understanding, balance and harmony.
