What happens to culture, meaning, and belonging when intelligence is no longer uniquely human?
As artificial intelligence transforms the fabric of work and leadership, organisations face profound questions: What remains distinctively human? How do we build cultures of trust, learning, and empathy when machines do more of the thinking?
The Human Algorithm is an evening of conversation and exchange — exploring how leaders can balance innovation with responsibility, and technology with humanity.
Hosted by the Forward Institute, this salon will explore how leaders can guide their people and culture through the AI transition. We’ll convene a select group of senior People, AI and transformation leaders for a candid conversation on how technology is reshaping work, culture, and leadership.
Flow of the Evening
A salon in the truest sense - thoughtful, convivial, and connection focused. An evening of fireside conversation (speakers to be announced) and audience dialogue, curated to spark thought and exchange.
Guests will arrive to drinks and canapés before settling in for 90 minutes of fireside conversation and discussion, followed by relaxed food, wine, and continued conversation into the evening.
RSVP
Please RSVP by 12th of November. Spaces are limited, if you are unable to attend please cancel your ticket so someone else is able to enjoy it.
