Norman Mortell, BA (Hons), Director of Operations – Agenda Screening Services.

Norman began his career within the research/pharmaceutical sector then 16 years ago joined Agenda Screening Services and has overseen the growth of the company from 7 people to over 160 people.
Winner of business and training awards, Agenda provides professional and bespoke pre-employment screening solutions for many blue chip, public and private sector organisations. Norman is a board member of the HBRF and the National Association of Professional Background Screeners and is also involved at board level with the regional Institute of Directors. He has trained over 6,000 people worldwide in security awareness and effective hiring processes.


Dr Dionysios Demetis, PhD, Lecturer in Management Systems - Hull University Business School, UK

As well as being a Lecturer at the Business School, Dionysios is an Adjunct Professor for Henley-Putnam University in the United States (where most academic staff come from the CIA, U.S. Secret Service, FBI, NSA, and all branches of US military). He holds a PhD in Anti-Money Laundering and Information Systems from the London School of Economics. He has taught on Information Systems Security and Information Systems while his research on AML and Risk has been featured in the select bibliography of the United Nations. For his work on big data and its consequences for financial crime, he has won the Emerald Highly Commended Award from the Journal of Money Laundering Control.
