Join us for UCL-LWOB's prestigious and free Inter-Collegiate Human Rights Moot & Debate alongside Dean Spielmann, former President of the European Court of Human Rights and current European Court of Justice judge. Free refreshments will also be available.
With representatives from King's College London (KCL), Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), and University College London (UCL), this event promises to be truly one of its kind.
The debate motion is: This House believes that there should be no limit to freedom of speech. The moot is based on the ECHR decision in Austria v Pfeifer.
