The Hydrogen Strategy and the implications for New Anglia

This webinar will be split into two sessions, the first looking at the national picture for hydrogen and the second looking at our vision for Norfolk and Suffolk. We will also have a guest speaker providing their take on what the government's latest announcements mean for hydrogen developments in our region.

• Session 1: This session will take a look at the headlines from the recent UK Hydrogen Strategy as well as the supporting policy documents on business models, low-carbon hydrogen standards, production costs and funding opportunities

• Guest Speaker: We will be joined by a prominent local supporter of energy innovation who will put the Hydrogen Strategy into the regional context

• Session 2: This session will review the Hydrogen Strategy strengths and shortcomings and cover why we believe the focus should be on regional hydrogen clusters and not purely industrial ones. The team will highlight some of our current work and suggest what could be achieved with a Hydrogen Strategy for New Anglia.
