It’s not a talk or a workshop, but a full-body, subconscious experience created to ease anxiety from the inside out.

What Is The Hypnosis Experience?

The Hypnosis Experience blends professional hypnotherapy with immersive sound delivered through individual headphones.
Each participant lies comfortably on their own mat, pillow, and blanket while guided through breath, body awareness, and soothing hypnotic suggestion.
The synchronised audio creates a shared field of calm, allowing your subconscious to open to new patterns of safety and ease.

As your brainwaves settle, anxious thoughts begin to soften, and the body remembers how to relax naturally.

What To Expect

During the one-hour session, you’ll be guided through:

Breath and Somatic Grounding to release surface tension and signal safety to the body.
Group Hypnosis Journey calming the inner dialogue and rewiring the stress response.
Sound and Frequency Layering gentle music and harmonics to deepen the trance state.
Integration Rest a few quiet minutes to let your system absorb and settle.

Before You Arrive

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time to settle in.
Avoid caffeine, alcohol, or heavy meals within two hours of the session.
Wear comfortable clothing. We provide mats, pillows, blankets, and high-quality headphones for your comfort.
Bring a water bottle and an open mind.

Space is limited to maintain an intimate, calm environment.
