What Is The Hypnosis Experience?

The Hypnosis Experience blends professional hypnotherapy with immersive sound delivered through individual headphones.
Each participant lies comfortably on their own mat, pillow, and blanket while guided through breath, body awareness, and soothing hypnotic suggestion.
The synchronised audio creates a shared field of calm, allowing your subconscious to release tension and restore balance naturally.

As your mind quiets, the body begins to reset and return to a state of calm focus.

What To Expect

During the one-hour session, you’ll be guided through:

Breath and Somatic Grounding to release built-up tension and signal safety to the body.
Group Hypnosis Journey to calm the mind and unwind the stress response.
Sound and Frequency Layering with harmonics designed to deepen relaxation.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time to settle in.

Wear comfortable clothing. We provide mats, pillows, blankets, and high-quality headphones for your comfort.
Bring a water bottle and an open mind.
