Event description
IC by Design – a ground-breaking approach to reset your internal communication

About this event

The world is changing faster than at any point in history. Employees are becoming the consumers of the workplace and IC can lead the response. But the time has come to take a different approach. We believe this starts with adopting a genuinely human-centred approach – putting people at the heart of our communication design.

A human-centred, design thinking approach to IC has the potential to be a complete game-changer. This workshop will show you how.

Sign up to the workshop to:

Discover how to intentionally design a communication experience that is right for your people, the work they do, and your organisation’s culture, purpose and values.

Explore our tried and tested innovative, and impactful approach to IC.

Discover the latest tools and ideas from human-centred design and positive psychology and how you can use them to design a brilliant IC experience.

Hear about companies who have adopted this approach and the the impact it is having on IC.

And take away your own IC by Design toolkit

It’s simple and straight-forward, and we would love to share this innovative approach to IC with you.

If you would like to know more, and you’re ready to lead the way in the IC revolution, we’d love you to join us at our IC by Design workshop on either:

Wednesday 3rd March 09:30-12:30

or

**NEW DATE** Wednesday 9th June 09:30-12:30
