Overview
The Ice Age Stories of Caves Around the World: part 3
Monday 12th January 2026, 6pm GMT
Speaker: Dr Angharad Jones (Curator)
Many caves are ideal for the preservation of Ice Age evidence, including humans and their activities, animals and environmental information. Archaeologists, palaeontologists and other scientists use this evidence to understand what life and environments were like thousands of years ago. During this talk, we will be looking at the fascinating Ice Age stories that can be uncovered from caves around the world.
