Is there an age limit?

No, if your child can walk, we can get them skating!

What is your smallest and largest size skate?

Our sizes range from child size 9 through to adult size 15. To help your toddler get confident on the ice, we have special ice shoes skates that are doubled bladed and fit to the shoe

What if it is raining, can we get a refund?

You get wet! The rink can operate in nearly all weather conditions. Please bring suitable outdoor clothing. This is an outdoor event and no refunds will be given due to inclement weather. In the unlikely event that the Event Manager deems it necessary to close the ice rink, alternative sessions will be offered for skating, subject to availability.

Can I book a penguin and a snowman?

Penguin and Snowman skating aids will not be bookable in advance and are sold on a first come first served basis. They are hired out at the management’s discretion and may not be available on certain sessions. Strict height restrictions of one metre or below apply for Penguin hire.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, you can change this by contacting the office on 01653 619169 and one of the team will be happy to help.
