The Telemedicine Support Unit/Single Point of Access (SPoA) referral forwarding service aims to improve efficiency of the referral pathway, provide feedback loops for community optometrists, and offer CPD-accredited educational sessions – all contributing to better patient care.
The SPoA have arranged an online lecture taking place on Wednesday 27th August from 7:00pm. The session will be delivered by Mr Daren Hanumunthadu (Consultant Ophthalmologist - Royal Free Hospital). The session will include the latest on AMD diagnosis and management.
This talk will have GOC CPD accreditation for optometrists (1 point - interactive).
