In this session, our speaker from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) will be discussing the topical and thought-provoking issue of automation, technology and ethics.  The session will explore:

  • The potential impact of automation and machine learning on the workplace
  • A variety of scenarios around the potential impact of that automation on HR and the broader economy
  • The ethics of the connected workplace - quantified self, wearable tech and predicative analytics
  • The consequent challenges for HR as a profession

Above all, this session will look at how we can ensure that the future of work is human.

This research is ongoing and our speaker will share the latest developments with us on the night.
