The Importance of Your Brand's Reputation: Public Relations 101 (Wednesday, 30th January, 2013)
Wednesday, January 30, 2013 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM (GMT)
E-learning Course Overview:
Brand reputation impacts sales. It has never been more crucial to take control of your communications and uphold your reputation. While your products, services and customer experiences play a part in building your brand’s reputation, you should review how you are communicating with the public and the people who influence them.
Public Relations (PR) is the practice of managing your communications so that your brand’s reputation and public image is looked after. We have arranged a half-day e-learning course on ’Public Relations 101’ to take you through the basics of public relations (PR) and how we can better work together as partners to drive public relations efforts. During this course, we will share some of our insights into effective communications and explore some of the tools, including social media, you can use to help you boost your company’s reputation. We highly recommend partners who do not have existing PR roles within their companies to join one of the four sessions we have organised.
Each course will last three hours. At the end of the session, we hope that you will have learnt more about the following topics:
Introduction to PR
The elements of PR & how to do PR
Doing PR with Microsoft
Registration for each session will close once the attendee number hits 50.
