Event description

Description

Join author Christopher Edge to explore the real-life science behind his new book, The Infinite Lives of Maisie Day. It’s Maisie’s birthday and she can’t wait to open her presents. But she wakes to an empty house and outside the front door is nothing but a terrifying, all-consuming blackness. Trapped in an ever-shifting reality, Maisie will have to use the laws of the universe and the love of her family to survive. Christopher will be joined by Scientists and the Ri demonstrations team to illuminate the exciting physics and cosmology inside the book: the perfect event for science enthusiasts and book worms alike!

This event is particularly suitable for ages 7+

Discounted tickets are available to Members of the Ri. Find out more about how to join our community.

The doors will open at approximately 5.30pm, with a prompt start at 6.00pm. There will be time for questions after the talk.
