Join us for a discussion, chaired by ECA Chancellor's Fellow Maria Fusco, with internationally acclaimed artist Tony Oursler and James Lingwood, Co-Director of Artangel who commissioned Tony Oursler's "The Influence Machine".

The Influence Machine will be presented by Edinburgh College of Art, Talbot Rice Gallery and the University of Edinburgh in George Square Gardens from 23-26 November. After the discussion, the audience is invited to visit the Gardens at 18:30 for a preview before it opens to the general public at 19.00.

The Influence Machine is described as a "holographic model of human desire and dread". Encounter haunting characters projected onto trees, smoke and mist, as images crawl over the landscape to surround you.
