During this participative event, Alison Bennett and Sarah Crayford Brown from Conflict Masters will explore how unconscious bias influences attitudes and behaviours, as well as how it shapes decision-making processes in a wide variety of contexts within the working environment.

Through the use of actors and audience discussion, those present will examine the issues associated with unconscious bias in a safe learning environment.

As a result of attending this event you will:

• Recognise and analyse examples of unconscious bias

• Appreciate the impact unconscious bias can have within working environments and on group working

• Be aware of how to deal with such situations and create/maintain inclusive organisations

Our speaker:

Sarah Crayford Brown and Alison Bennett, Conflict Masters

Conflict Masters was founded by Sarah Crayford Brown and Alison Bennett in response to a growing need from organisations to find effective solutions to conflict within the workplace.  If you have experienced conflict within your organisation you will recognise how quickly it can consume time, energy and resources and impact on productivity.
As a lawyer, mediator and coach Sarah combined her skills with Alison, a HR professional and executive coach.  Together they offer companies their expertise together with many years of practical experience.
