A finger lunch will be served, along with refreshments, and tea / coffee upon arrival. The cost of catering is included in your ticket.

Will Doug Hall be doing any book signing of his latest title, 'Proactive Problem Solving'?

Yes, Doug Hall will be signing books at the end of the session, as we break for lunch. If you bought a book-inclusive ticket, you will receive a copy of Doug's book upon arrival. A limited number of his books will be available to buy on site.
