Running several events, including the four-day International Fundraising Congress (IFC) – attended by 1000 delegates from around the world – The Resource Alliance started to consider how they could drive deeper engagement with their membership and prospects before, during and after events. Part of the bigger picture was the investment in an event app to support administrative activities around the event.
In today’s breakfast briefing we’ll learn the candid story of how they got on, what they learned and what they’re planning next as a result. We’ll talk about the reasons to consider an event app, the features and functions you should look for – and which have proven to be useful. We’ll also share what we learned the hard way so you can avoid the same pitfalls. We’ll briefly discuss technology and options to consider based on our clients experience and our expert view of the technology marketplace.
