Can I book for more than one person?

Yes, you can book multiple tickets. If you are having trouble purchasing your ticket please ring head office on +44(0)207 357 9722

How do I book a table for the awards?

You can book an individual seat through purchasing a ticket on our eventbrite page. To book a table, please email membership@ics.org.uk and we will send across our booking form.

When will I receive my e-ticket?

If purchasing a ticket from eventbrite, you will automatically be emailed your e-ticket to the email address you have registered with upon confirmation of your payment. If you are booking a table, we will send you an e-ticket directly.

What are the terms and conditions of a booking?

You can receive a full refund up to 7 days before the event. Any cancelations within a 7 day period will be non-refundable.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for this event is Black Tie.

Who do I notify if me or one of my guests has special dietary requirements?

You will be able to add this information via the eventbrite page. If you have any trouble logging this information please notify us at membership@ics.org.uk

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, you can find the cloakroom on the ground floor - staff will direct you when you enter through the front of the hotel. Use of the cloakroom is free of charge.
