Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions, together with the registration form, constitute a legally binding contract between you and us (Bournemouth University).
The registration fee includes: conference registration and access to all conference sessions, conference material, conference proceedings, refreshments and lunch throughout the conference. Accommodation, travel expenses to/from the venue and bank charges are not included in registration fees.
All fees are payable in advance of the event, failing which you may be refused admission. Your registration is not considered confirmed until payment is received in full.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the content and timing of the conference, the speakers, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled, we will automatically make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.
If you are unable to attend you may substitute, by arrangement with Bournemouth University, someone else from the same institute/organisation. Registrations cancelled on or before Friday, 8 June 2012 will receive a full refund. Registrations cancelled on or after Saturday, 9 June 2012 will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
