The Investor Forum Development Programme:

We’ll be joined by two fantastic individuals in the investment industry, both of whom have been expert speakers at previous IFDP events, to talk about their differing career paths and what that has taught them about leadership.

· Lisha Patel is Co-CIO of the Wellcome Trust, managing its £38bn endowment portfolio. Lisha joined the investment team as an analyst 20 years ago, and took over the top job in May this year.

· Kimberley Lewis is Head of Active Ownership at Schroders. Kim worked in law, politics, pharma and philanthropy in the US, before pivoting to UK asset management.

Kim and Lisha will share their thoughts on navigating the investment industry in an interactive session and there will be an opportunity to network with alumni and speakers from all the programmes and chat to the Investor Forum team over drinks and nibbles.
