WHAT TO EXPECT
Join this deeply nurturing 90-minute workshop combining mantra meditation, mindful breath, and Reiki healing. Inspired by the powerful compassion mantra Om Mani Padme Hum and the gentle mindfulness teachings of Thích Nhất Hạnh, this session offers a space to reconnect with your inner calm and awaken the radiant jewel that lives within you.
Natalia will gently guide you through grounding and heart-opening practices, including mantra exploration and mindful breathwork. Together, we’ll delve into the healing power of sound and sacred vibration—resonating through the body as sa gentle medicine for the soul. We’ll also explore stillness and deep presence, inviting you to embrace the quiet spaces within as a vital counterpart to sound and vibration. These practices lead you into deeper layers of stillness, clarity, and inner connection.
The final part of the journey invites you to receive, as you rest in a deeply relaxing group Reiki session. Whether you're new to these practices or returning to them, this workshop welcomes all who seek a moment of peace, a softening of the heart, and a quiet return to the self. Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and gently rebalanced.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit or lie on, plus a blanket to cover you.
Optional extras: pillow or cushion, eye pillow, yoga block, water, crystals or anything that helps you be comfortable and relax.
