In the market for a new job? Then this event is for you, whether you’re looking for seasonal work, to take on a new permanent role or looking to change careers.
The event, hosted by Wirral Council and the Department for Work and Pensions, will connect you with more than 30 employers and training providers across Wirral, allowing you to explore new opportunities across a wide range of sectors.
Employers from a variety of sectors will be offering a wide range of temporary seasonal roles, fixed term contract and permanent vacancies.
Companies confirmed to be offering roles at the event so far include Argyle Satellite, United Utilities, Merseyside Police, Adada Care, Kiely Bros, Vistry, NHS Cheshire and Wirral Partnership, A&B Engineering, Barclays and more.
Along with the opportunity to apply for jobs at the event, there will also be information available on training courses, as well as careers advice to help job seekers enhance their employability – including CV and application tips.
Funded by the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, through the city region’s UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) allocation, the event is the latest in the council’s Jobs Fair programme. This has so far seen four major recruitment events take place with 1,674 attendees registered.
