You loved our new way of ticketing the Big Sales, so we’re keeping it that way. Making the event ticket-only means we can control the number of people shopping at any one time, giving you an even better shopping experience.

Pre-Booked Shopping Slots

We’re pleased to say that the pre-booked shopping slots you love are here to stay! This will allow us to control the number of people shopping, so you’ll have a little more space to pick up some bargains. Tickets require a deposit of £5 which will be deducted from your total at the till.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked slot to ensure your tickets can be checked and you can make the most of your shopping time. Please also aim to complete your transaction before the end of your slot, in respect to those that have booked into the next shopping slot.

If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 please do not book or attend a shopping slot and follow the latest Government advice.

COVID Pass Check

We want to make sure everyone can enjoy themselves (and shop huge savings) at the Joules Big Sale with full peace of mind. So, we’re kindly asking that all ticket holders, over the age of 18, show either one of the following as part of our COVID pass check:

• Proof (at least 14 days before attending the event) of having had two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.

• A negative Lateral Flow Test (registered with the NHS Covid website) within 48 hours prior to the event. Please bring along your email / text results as proof.

• Proof of natural immunity shown by a positive PCR test result for COVID-19, lasting for 180 days from the date of the positive test and following completion of the self-isolation period’

Please follow the latest Government guidelines around face coverings and respect those around you.

A little extra space

While there is no two metre rules, we are wanting to give you some extra space while shopping. So, we’ve made the aisles a little wider and controlled the number of people shopping at any one time by making the event ticket-only.

Hand Sanitiser

Please help yourself to hand sanitiser throughout the venue. For added peace of mind we’ll be regularly cleaning throughout the day

There is ample parking available at the venue.

Service dogs are welcome in the venue, however we cannot permit entry for pets.
