Join me for 33 transformative days of choosing self-compassion, confidence and joy in your mind and body.

February 4th 2026 - March 8th Online (self-paced with daily support & guidance in the community space)

This 33-day guided journey is about building confidence, joy and self-belief from the inside out. Together through small daily actions, we'll cultivate self-compassionate habits that have the power to transform how you feel about yourself and your life.

Because how you show up for yourself impacts every area of life, including relationships, mental and physical wellbeing, your finances, parenting, creativity, career, and your ability to experience joy.

It's not about being positive all the time; it's about learning to meet yourself with kindness, trusting life's flow, and finding joy spark, even on the challenging days. It's also not about more stress or overwhelm - (I have four kids!) so I designed this program to work with a busy life, not against it.

Each day, you'll receive a short email with insights, prompts and practical tools to help you reconnect with yourself and your joy.

Whether you've done lots of self-development work or are brand new to it, The Joy Project will meet you where you are and support you in sparking more self-compassion, confidence, and joy.
