Welcome to the VENDOR TABLE PURCHASE page.

This is for The Kent Card Show, at Detling Hill Show Ground on Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st 2025.

Please note: You do not need to be VAT registered or a registered business to Vend at The Kent Card Show. (You can just put 0's in those form fields)

You don’t have to be a trading card seller to exhibit! We’re welcoming all kinds of vendors connected to the hobby—from collectibles and accessories to games, art, and more.

Frequently asked questions

Are the tables for both days?

Primarily yes, however we have a small amount of tables allocated to Saturday or Sunday only. If you can no longer see these available, they will be sold out.

Can I pick my table location?

No - Table location will be allocated 2 weeks prior to the show and shared on socials.

What time is vendor set up?

Set up will be from 8am, where vendors will be expected to be ready to trade for 9am on both days.

How Many people can I have work my stand?

1-2 Tables will be up to 2 staff. 3+ Tables will be a maximum of 4 staff.

Can I bring racking for my table?

Yes - Providing use doesn't interfere with vendors located behind / next to you or block fire exits. If rear based display space is required, we recommend booking a premium vendor table which has an edge wall location.

Are Custom Items Allowed to be sold?

Yes - Providing you market them as custom items, vendors found not doing so will be asked to remove the items from their tables.

How Can I become a Sponsor?

If you're interested in becoming a sponsor, please email dan@thesubcenter.co.uk the cost for this is £2,200 + VAT for the island space, with a multitude of brand representation across the show, early set up and first view line of customers.
