Far from an ordinary yoga class...
My classes are far from ordinary yoga classes like you see in the school halls, gyms and health clubs. Kundalini yoga is designed to help you reset your whole nervous system with regular practice. Letting go of stress, anxiety, and tension both in the mind and body can give you so much freedom and pleasure in your life. As a certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher and Embodiment and Tantra facilitator; I am deeply passionate about helping you create balance and harmony within yourself to create lasting changes not just on your yoga mat but in your everyday life too.
My classes are very unique as I bring together all my years of training and life experience in my warm, cozy and inviting space that I provide in my home studio in Bletchley, Milton keynes. As you step into my sacred space you feel kindness, care, and compassion so that you feel safe to explore deeper into yourself. With my small class sizes, I ensure personalised attention and encourage you to ask questions and reflect on your experiences. I am here to support and nurture you throughout your journey of self-discovery.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, you can join midway through the course providing that I have the space available, please contact me to make payment via bank transfer.
No Kundalini Yoga is suitable for anyone unless your GP has advised you not to exercise. Everyone will have mixed abilities and range of movement. You are advised to go at your own pace and listen to your body.
No, Kundalini yoga is suitable for any age; there are people still practising at the age of 90. Children over the age of 14 can attend with parent or guardian.
Make sure you wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in; you need to make sure that it doesn’t restrict your movement. In Kundalini yoga we wear white to expand our aura. Feel free to experiment with what feels good to you.
I provide a yoga mat, blanket, cushion and eye pillow in my home studio. If you would prefer to use your own then please bring them along. Also, bring along a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
Please do not eat a heavy meal before class, please allow 1 1/2 – 2 hours for food to digest, so when you create energy it goes to healing the body rather than digesting what you have just eaten.
