Are Tickets available on the day?

Please note there may be a limited amount of tickets available on the day, but not guaranteed and will be a higher price so it is advisable to book in advance to secure your slot.

Question 3

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes - the ticket with the QR barcode on it, either printed or downloaded onto your phone. Email confirmations will not be accepted.

Is my ticket transferrable?

Accepted Answer

Subject to availability and additional costs where applicable. Please contact the event organiser directly.

What time does the event open?

Accepted Answer

The Labyrinth Challenge 2024 is open between 1000-1700 (gates open from 0930)

I no longer wish to / cannot attend, can I get a refund?

No refunds will be given.

Question 7

Is there parking at the event?

Accepted Answer

Parking is available and free of charge.

Will there be toilets at the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes.

Question 9

Can I take my dog?

Accepted Answer

Only well behaved dogs will be allowed. They must be on their leads at all times and any mess is cleaned up.

Is there a place to store my personal belongings?

No, all items will need to be left at your own risk.

Can I stay all day?

Accepted Answer

Yes.

I just want to watch - is that possible?

Accepted Answer

If you want to come along as a spectator, you can come along and support FREE of charge.

Question 13

How long will the Labyrinth Challenge take to do?

Accepted Answer

This depends on your own personal abilities. However, you will be allowed multiple goes during your allotted time slot - subject to the re-queuing system.

Question 14

Can I go on the Labyrinth Challenge with my child?

Accepted Answer

Yes, adults can accompany anyone under 1.2m in height on The Labyrinth but would need a valid ticket.

Question 15

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

We advise wearing comfortable items such as sports attire, with long legs and long arms to avoid friction burns. Socks must be worn.

Can I wear my shoes?

Accepted Answer

Shoes are not permitted on the course but socks must be worn.

Question 17

Can I wear my glasses on the inflatables?

Accepted Answer

Where possible, glasses should be removed for the safety of all participants. Where glasses cannot be removed, numbers may be limited on the unit, to factor this in and other participants warned.

Do you accept on the day card and cash payments for additional rides etc?

Yes.

Will all attractions be open on the day?

Accepted Answer

Yes - subject to any Health and Safety restrictions. Please note, if winds exceed 24mph, all inflatables will be closed until it is deemed safe enough to re-open

Will I get a partial refund if something is not open?

No.
