"Can I park outside the venue?"

Accepted Answer

You can't park directly outside the venue but there's plenty of free spots around the venue/in the area to park for free. Please understand that there's 450+ people and free spaces may be difficult to find depending on the time.

Question 2

"Is there a lift for people with disabilities?"

Accepted Answer

Yes there is. The venue has a lift from the entrance to the games room directly. Please reach out to us when buying a ticket so we can accommodate your arrival and assist how we can.

Question 3

"Can I buy a ticket on the door?"

Accepted Answer

You can however; we are prioritising ticket buyers. There will be a few tickets on the door and we will take cash or card. Please follow our socials for updates on this.

Question 4

"Can I bring my own console and controllers?"

Accepted Answer

You cannot bring your own console but you can bring your own controllers and we will have plenty to use during the event. To avoid mix up and confusion; please label your Controller/Arcade Stick. We will not be keeping ahold of peripherals whilst the event is underway.

Question 5

"I'm 16 but can attend with my older Brother who is 27. Is that ok?"

Accepted Answer

No. This is strictly an 18+ event.

Question 6

"Is there food and drink available to purchase?"

Accepted Answer

Yes there is; both will be on sale throughout the event. Please follow our socials for updates and reveals on this.

Question 7

"Can I smoke on the premises?"

Accepted Answer

There is a balcony open from 7PM til 11PM and following this: a specific smoking area will be accessible for smoking near the entrance. Weed is NOT allowed in the venue.

"Can I bring a drink?"

Accepted Answer

No you cannot.

Question 9

"Is there a cloakroom?"

Accepted Answer

Yes there is one. Please double check the weather a few days before as we are expecting heat.
