What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a refund on purchased tickets. However, for exceptional circumstances please email us at thelancashirecardshow@gmail.com

Is there onsite parking?

There will be up to 200 FREE spaces for vendors and ticket holders on the day. Additional parking will be available close by, via pay and display at the Lonsdale Road car park on Seasiders Way.

Question 3

Will there be event photography?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will have a member of staff acting as an event photographer on the day. These pictures may be used on our website, and social media, as a part of our event promotion. Images will not be shared with third parties.

Question 4

Can I opt out of appearing in event photographs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Please make a member of staff aware if you would like to opt out of appearing in any images on the day. We will then provide you with an 'Opt Out' lanyard, that will highlight your withdrawal of consent to our team members.

Question 5

Will tickets be available on the day?

Accepted Answer

Only if there are any allocated tickets left via Eventbrite. We highly recommend that you purchase tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

Question 6

What do I need to gain access?

Accepted Answer

Please bring with you either a printed copy or display the barcode on your phone, in order for us to scan your tickets. If you have tickets for the Trade Event, you will not have a barcode, but will still need to show your tickets for this.

Question 7

Will there be security present?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There will be a security presence on the day, to ensure your safety. There will also be random bag checks throughout the day. All entrants will be given a wristband upon entry, which will allow for leaving and re-entering the venue.
