Tickets are non refundable, however we can transfer your tickets upon request.

I'm unable to attend, can someone else attend on my behalf?

Yes, another person can attend on your behalf as long as it is the same ticket type. Should it not be the case, please email us and we will amend for you.

I have selected the wrong day/city. Can I use this ticket on another city?

No. Please email us at admin@twenty6.org to amend your tickets.

We are a family, can we sit together?

This is a segregated event. Seats are on a first come, first serve basis within each section. Children under 12 years old can sit with parent/guardian.
