After years of unforgettable pairings, experimental bites, and whisky-fuelled feasts, we’re saying farewell to our beloved venue—and getting ready to open the doors to something even bigger. As part of our Goodbye Series, we’re inviting one of our favourite collaborator Carl Finn for one last hurrah (before the next era begins).
Join us for The Greatest Hits of Carl Finn—a celebration of the boldest, most brilliant, and occasionally bizarre dishes Carl has created for us over the years. From cheeky canapés to his legendary full-blown haggis dinner, it’s an evening of flavour, friendship, and food that never takes itself too seriously.
This is the culinary equivalent of a greatest hits album—best enjoyed loud, shared with friends, and absolutely accompanied by a dram.
