What Is Our Corporate Structure

We are a limited by guarantee company with income being invested into our programmes, marketing our programmes and the supporting of young people through our programmes.

We are funded through our various training programmes. We invest 20% of our training income into working with willing talented disadvantaged young people.

How?

Creating a powerful culture of service using LEAD’s six leadership concepts called REAPS, where everyone, irrespective of rank, is invested and active in the overall success and reputation of the organization internally and externally.

We are committed to growing a critical mass of LEADer Champions in corporations and academic institutions with The LEAD Mindset. A LEADer Champion is a person who equips themselves for the higher purpose of being of service to others so that people in the spaces they occupy feel happy, valued and purposeful. They are committed to taking purpose-driven actions to solve problems.

When people give value they feel a sense of purpose and included, which increases happiness that increases productivity. The LEADer Champions will be part of a LEADer Hub community, where they will be exposed to a programme of support and events to get more people, especially young people from challenging backgrounds, believing they can be changemakers in ways to advance their social mobility and purpose and meaning in the community.
