The Leadership Lab - Secondary Middle Leader Programme

A comprehensive leadership programme for Middle Leaders, providing hands-on support, learning & guidance on all aspects of the role.

The programme is designed to empower you in your role as a Middle Leader, equipping you with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills essential for effective leadership.

This one-year programme goes beyond theoretical concepts, addressing the real-world challenges Middle Leaders face daily. You will receive guidance tailored to your core responsibilities and duties, supporting you with the complexities of your leadership role.

Throughout the programme, you will have opportunities for self-reflection and gain learning and coaching from experienced leaders to enhance your leadership capabilities. Join us to broaden your skill set and transform your leadership journey!

Eligibility Criteria:

• Newly appointed Middle Leaders or those in the role for less than two years
• Aspiring Middle Leaders looking to advance their careers
• Experienced Middle Leaders seeking further development and support

The Leadership Lab consists of an online launch event, residential conferences and six twilight sessions.

Key dates:

• Launch - Thursday 9 January, 16:00-16:30, 2025 - Online
• Residential conference - Thursday 30 & Friday 31 January 2025- Birmingham
• Twilight sessions running through March - November 2025
• Residential conference - December 2025, date & location to be announced
