Description

The Middle Road Theatre Company presents The Legacy of the Prince.

Starring John Lyon pupils from Years 9, 10 and Lower Sixth, and written and directed by Drama Gap Assistant Ethan Peters OL, this original play, a sequal to Peters' The Arrival of the Prince, comes to the Boyd Campbell Hall this November.

Wednesday 20th November
Thursday 21st November

7.00 - 9.00pm

Tickets £3

After a traumatic event, Ollie wakes to find himself recuperating from drastic injuries in hospital. Bed-bound and under the influence of his medication, Ollie’s world begins to ebb and flow between the boundaries of past and present, dream and reality, fantasy and nightmare.

While Ollie recovers from his physical and psychological wounds, the lives of the people around him begin to crumble as they attempt to deal with the fallout of the event.

‘The Legacy of the Prince’ explores trauma, the weight of it on our shoulders, and whether it is possible for us ever to move on completely.
