Your Speakers:
Alison Patten-Hall is a Partner and head of Blake Morgan's Commercial and Charities team. She specialises in commercial and complex high value projects advising a wide range of clients in the health and social care sector including NHS Trusts as well as large corporate private sector clients, on all aspects of commercial trading contracts, outsourcing projects, intellectual property protection and exploitation and IT contracts. She has been involved in several significant health projects, working with various NHS Trusts on pharmacy outsourcing and IT procurement projects and service redesign to drive efficiencies and quality.
Dan Geddes is a Partner and Senior member of Blake Morgan's Commercial Litigation team in Southampton dealing with a wide variety of disputes. Dan has specialist knowledge in company law, insolvency, insurance, debt recovery and contract law. His clients include many local businesses, insolvency practitioners from business advisory firms, large international insurance companies and their policyholders, and a number of banks.
