This session will discuss Buildings of special Architectural and historic interest and the protection offered to them under the Planning (listed and conservation Areas) Act 1990, specifically looking at Listing, Preservation notices and conservation areas. We will also look at other designations such as World Heritage sites and Scheduled Monuments.
