James Arthur Brimble is best known for his book, ‘London's Epping Forest' and this year marks the 75th Anniversary since its first release in 1950. This talk covers his life and work from his humble beginning in Whitechapel, to Chingford shop keeper, author and photographer of Epping Forest. A display of his work can be found at the Visitor Centre and closes on Sunday 12th October.

Talk Location

Epping Forest Visitor Centre (The View) is a 10 minute uphill walk from Chingford Station. It is between the Royal Forest Hotel and Queen Elizabeth's Hunting Lodge.
