2022 marks the 200th anniversary of the death of Robert Stewart, Lord Castlereagh. Castlereagh is perhaps a controversial figure in British and Irish history, but there can be no doubting his talent, passion and intelligence that enabled him to rise to the top and his influence at the Congress of Vienna helped redraw the map of Europe after the trauma of the Napoleonic Wars. Join us as we discuss the life, legacy and archive of Lord Castlereagh.
