The Lion's Roar Gate 5

The moment of the Buddha’s enlightenment has been likened to a ‘Lion’s Roar’. The Lion's Roar course introduces the Dzogchen tradition of Buddhist meditation.

This Gate 5 hybrid (in person and online) weekend is suitable for people who have attended a previous Lion's Roar Gate 4 weekend, and for everyone who would like to revisit the wonderful teachings of Gate 5. Special refresher rates are available.

Teacher: Caroline Seymour and Kathy Nairne

For those attending in person, the event will take place at the home of Caroline Seymour at 173 Kingston Road, Oxford 0X2 6EG. If you are planning to attend in person and would like an information packet with details about Oxford accomodations, parking etc. please contact the organisers Johnny and Andrew.

Online attendance is by Zoom as usual and the Zoom link will be included in the booking confirmation email so please do keep this accessible. NOTE The Zoom information will appear at the very bottom of that email (easy to overlook:)

Each day the session will open at 10am UK time, with people variously gathering at Caroline's or on Zoom.

The Saturday session will start 10.30am UK time with an introduction by the event organiser, a group formless meditation practice and then teachings by Caroline Seymour/Kathy Nairne.

The Sunday will start 10.15am UK time with a Gate 4 meditation practice, followed by teaching sessions with Caroline or Kathy. On both days there will be an opportunity to ask questions and to talk online with your fellow practitioners.

The weekend will finish on Sunday at 4pm UK time.
