Welcome to The Listening Room event at The Mindful Mug! Join us on Thursday 18th September from 5:30 pm for an evening of live music, chilled vibes, and mindful connection.

This is a sober event, created to give you a cozy space to relax, sip on specialty coffees, teas, or wellness drinks, and enjoy the music without the bar scene.

Yes we do! We also have a ramp to get in and out of the building when needed.
