Players can make things pretty tricky, given that they almost never do what you would expect them to do! During this talk we'll be exploring the logic involved in writing for games. We'll be taking a look at how different types of games have employed methods to make sure those players aren't allowed to stray too far from your narrative. There will also be musings on how games have handled storytelling historically, the pros and cons of allowing character creation, and looking at technical restrictions that might affect how you structure your story.
