Meet. Share. Inspire.
The next London Hub Club will be at Hub Westminster on Thursday 30th August, 6:30pm - 9:00pm. Talks will kick off from 6:45pm
This time we have great speakers lined up for the event (to be updated):
Consumer strategist and futurist William Higham of Next Big Thing will be exploring how attitudes among young people are changing, challenging Youth stereotypes and asking "Tomorrow's Teenagers: Will Saffy Kill Kevin?"
Tiago Mateus will tell us about Sooqini - your trusted mobile marketplace.
Wahome Muchiri will share how Wowsociety are going to make a dent on what they believe to be the greatest and most entrenched social challenge of our time: access to opportunities.
Kasia Kwiatkowska is currently setting up a specialised art and architecture guided tours service in London, which will include a consultancy service helping people moving to live in London to settle down in the right neighbourhood, suited to their lifestyle and family circumstances.
We will also have Luke Nicholson from More Associates
Annik Rau from Pony Express who sent us an interesting blurb about her talk saying 'We are very lucky that we can speak, let's not underestimate the power of it as a tool. There is no competition in speaking, make the decision today if it is a hobby for you or if you are open to the idea to make a business out of it.'
What is the London Hub Club and how does it work?
It's purpose is to create a closer network between members of all London Hubs and Hub friends by sharing projects, ideas, hobbies or interests. The evening will travel from Hub to Hub every last Thursday of the month. Every event will have members speaking on a variety of topics using different formats.
In the coming year the London Hub Club will hold other interactive events for members to meet, share and inspire!
The event will be very informal therefore feel free to bring along treats to share.
