In a world where our inner lives are increasingly shaped by rapid social, cultural, and technological change, understanding the human mind has never mattered more. The London Practice Live brings together leading voices in psychology, neuroscience and contemplative practice for an afternoon of deep insight, inspiration, practical learning and meaningful conversation.

This intimate event features Carolyn Cowan, Charlie Morley, Nathan Jones, Romina Richardson and Sam Pennells-Nkolo—offering a rare opportunity to explore wellbeing themes including shame, anxiety, trauma, addiction, emotional regulation, neurofeedback, and the unconscious mind through multiple professional and experiential lenses.

Hosted in the iconic Henry Wellcome Auditorium, this immersive experience blends keynote teaching, live demonstration, panel discussion and meaningful dialogue. Across four hours, attendees will hear from renowned practitioners, witness neurofeedback in action, and take part in an honest, grounded conversation about how we heal, connect and find our place in a complex world.

Designed for therapists, mental-health professionals and thoughtful members of the public, this is an opportunity to engage deeply with some of the most pressing themes of our time—held within an intimate, inspiring and beautifully curated environment.

All attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance recognising four hours of structured professional learning for CPD purposes.

Light refreshments will be served during the mid-afternoon break, and the event concludes with a relaxed drinks reception and book signing—a chance to meet the speakers, connect with others, and continue the conversation in a welcoming, informal setting.
