Description

Explore the Collegiate campus of Sheffield Hallam University, looking at buildings from the original 1836 Collegiate School and 1905 Teacher Training College, also used as a WW1 hospital. Moving up through the leafy campus we learn the development of the fine Victorian houses and about college life. At the top of the hill we see Southborne and Broombank (the Francis Newton pub), both homes of wealthy cutlers. We walk through Lynwood Gardens and finish at the hospital.

Travel: 81, 82, 83 and 88 from Leopold St
