I hope you can join me to rest in the gentle stillness of mid-winter in the beautiful Mourne Mountains. This quiet pause will help to reset your nervous system after the busy holiday period and prepare you to enter 2026 with more intention and balance.

During the retreat we will explore the richness and gift of silence as something to fully embrace - as rich fertile soil for growth, practice and insights. By consciously stepping away from the noise and distraction, of everyday life we will together create a space of deep rest.

Silence and rest open us up to what is important in our lives and allow us to reconnect with ourselves, people around us and the natural world in a more meaningful way.

There is no better place to rest than around a roaring fire in the shadow of the mountains.
