There are three levels which opens the event for all, whatever your fitness background, age or gender.

Novice: Perfect for those starting their fitness journey or getting back into exercise. Light challenges designed to build confidence and keep you moving.

Intermediate: For those who work out regularly and are ready to push themselves further. A mix of strength, endurance, and functional movements.

Proficient: Ready for a serious challenge? This level is for seasoned fitness enthusiasts looking to test their limits.

Organized by

Novice, Intermediate and Proficient

• Run around the track – Lanes 5 & 6 – Before each exercise

o 1 Lap - Novice

o 2 Laps - Intermediate

o 3 Laps – Proficient

• Squats – To the depth you are able to and your ability

o 25 – Novice

o 50 – Intermediate

o 100 – Proficient

• Run as per above.

• Lie downs stand ups – using arms and hands as required

o 10 – Novice

o 25 – Intermediate

o 50 – Proficient

• Run as per above.

• Hands walk out and back up – Also known as Inch Worms

o 10 – Novice

o 25 – Intermediate

o 50 – Proficient

• Run as per above – on final lap run around to lanes 3 & 4

• Lunge walk – Again at your level and ability of range of movement.

o 50m – Novice

o 100m – Intermediate

o 200m – Proficient

• Run as per above – on final lap run around to lanes 1 & 2

• Burpee Jumps / Step – At your own level and ability

o 25m – Novice

o 50m – Intermediate

o 100m – Proficient
