You don't need to bring anything except yourself, and a journal if you have one (otherwise, there'll be paper available for you to write on). You're also welcome to bring along your own drinks and snacks. I'll provide all the art materials.

Will I be able to order any food or drinks from the venue?

The bar and kitchen downstairs will open at 12, so after this time, yes you can.

What will we be doing?

We'll do a range of activities, including creative play with art - so drawing or painting, with a range of materials for you to choose from. We'll do writing exercises with guided journalling prompts, and we'll have group discussion led by me. I'll also guide you in a grounding breathing practice.

Anything you like; whatever makes you feel at your best - whether that means comfortable, glamorous, smart, etc. There are no specific requirements; we'll be seated for all the exercises, with no need to dress for anything particularly dynamic in movement.

Will we have a break?

Yes, we will have around a 30 minute break at midday. You're welcome to stay in the space with us and eat together during this time; or go outside for a breath of fresh air.
