Join us for Lunch-Link Up, a monthly gathering hosted by a senior Black woman in tech, designed to spark honest conversation, inspire new connections, and champion inclusive leadership in the tech sector.

At each intimate lunch we create a warm, relaxed space for Black women across tech to share experiences, insights, and ideas. Whether you're pivoting into tech, rising into leadership, or simply looking to build a meaningful community, this is a table where you belong.

About This Month's Host

We’re excited to welcome Dionne Condor-Farrell as our October Lunch-Link Up host, an award-winning leader in tech, career coach and speaker, boasting an impressive background in the tech industry.

With over 20 years of experience, Dionne has developed a wide range of digital products across public transport, education, and employment sectors.

Currently a Senior Application Development Manager, Dionne spearheads the successful delivery of the Software Development Apprenticeship and Graduate schemes and DevOps Engineering Apprenticeship scheme for London’s largest transport network. She plays a key role in accelerating the careers of aspiring software and DevOps engineers within just two years. Dionne also sits on the Technology Development Senior Management Board and plays a key leadership role in TfL’s Women in Tech and Raising Awareness of Cultural Ethnicity (RACE) Colleague Network Groups.

Previously, Dionne led the development team of the award-winning accessible travel app TfL Go, having first contributed as a Senior Android Developer. Her background also includes work as a Senior Java Developer building business-critical applications.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Dionne is the founder of Techfidence, a tech career coaching service helping women build confidence, identify transferable skills, and successfully transition into tech careers and advance their career. Her clients have gone on to secure significant salary increases and life-changing roles in tech.

A published author and keynote speaker, Dionne has been recognised in the FT & Inclusive Boards’ Top 100 Most Influential BAME Leaders in Tech, a TechWomen50 Award winner and recently selected as a Judge for the Rising Stars Awards 2025. Dionne brings powerful insight, lived experience, and a deep passion for representation in tech."
